11. Discord Bot Data

We operate an official Discord bot (SonyDev Tools Bot) on our server. To deliver files and enforce anti‑spam measures the bot temporarily processes the following data:

Discord user ID & username (for cooldown tracking and personalised replies).
Requested app IDs + timestamps (so we can locate the correct file and prevent abuse).
Privilege status (whether you are marked as a “Pro User”).

We do not log message content, passwords or payment information. Raw logs are stored on an EU‑based VPS and are rotated every 90 days. Access is limited to the bot owner (Discord ID 651447079649935381) and trusted server administrators.

You can request deletion of your bot‑related data by using the form below or by sending a direct message to the bot owner.

12. Request Data Deletion

Fill out the form and press Send request. Your mail client will open with a pre‑filled message — just hit Send to submit.
