By accessing our website, tools, or Discord bot (collectively "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.

2. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Services under a parent or guardian's supervision.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
Notify us immediately of unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behaviour.
No attempts to interfere with or disrupt the Services.
No distribution of malware or copyrighted material without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software are owned by SonyDev or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

7. Disclaimer

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SonyDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SonyDev harmless from any claims related to your misuse of the Services.

10. Discord Bot Usage

The SonyDev Tools Bot operates only on the official Discord server (guild ID 1308122340038545488).
Requests are subject to cooldown unless you are whitelisted as a Pro User.
The bot may deny service if misuse (spam, unauthorised file distribution) is detected.
Files provided by the bot are intended for legitimate personal testing and should not be redistributed or sold.
Violation of Discord's or SonyDev's rules may result in a ban and data removal.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baden‑Württemberg.
